Cancer Tests
Our Cancer Screening Blood Tests
Our range of Cancer screening blood tests check for a wide range of cancers.
Our popular Early Cancer Screening test checks for signs of up to 70 types of cancer, whilst our other tests check for more specific or individual cancers.
All of these blood tests can be completed in a local clinic or at your home, with results provided in 2-3 weeks.
As soon as you book the test, our UK based Practitioner will book an initial pre-consultation telephone call with you, to understand your medical history and reason for the test. They will also discuss with you the risks and benefits associated with the test. If for whatever reason, our Practitioner feels you are not suitable for the test or you are not willing to proceed, you will be issued a refund.
We will then organise a testing kit to be delivered to you, to take to your clinic appointment or one of our phlebotomy hubs, which includes all the required paperwork and equipment to complete your sample.
After your appointment, the blood sample and forms must be sent back to the laboratory for analysis. Results are typically returned within 2-3 weeks (12 working days is stated by the lab from receipt of the sample).
We have certain clinical requirements that you must fulfil in order to be eligible to take this test. You will need to complete an online form when you purchase this test, this forms part of your initial consultation information and will be checked during a pre-consultation call with our Practitioner.
NB: I am going to create 3 new pages for each test so you can click for more information.

Hereditary Cancer Genetic Testing
1 in 2 people in the UK will develop cancer within their lifetime.
It usually occurs when the genes in your cells mutate due to lifestyle, diet, age or exposure to chemicals or harmful UV rays.
However, sometimes these genetic mutations can be inherited from our parents. These are call inherited or hereditary cancer genes.
If your parent has a gene mutation, you have a 50% chance of inheriting it. That doesn’t mean you will definitely develop cancer, but you do have a higher risk and are more likely to develop cancer at a younger age too.
