Hormone Monitoring Programme
For Men and Women taking Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) & Non-Hormone Replacement Therapy Clients
Is Your Body Telling You Something?
Hormonal imbalances can show up in many ways—fatigue, mood swings, weight gain, low libido, skin issues, and disrupted sleep.
Whether you’re navigating peri-menopause, testosterone deficiency, chronic stress, or simply want to optimise your health, this programme is designed to guide you with clarity and support.
Take Control of Your Hormonal Health
Whether you are currently using hormone replacement therapy (HRT) or managing hormone health without it, regular testing is essential for safe, effective, and personalised care.
Our comprehensive Hormone Monitoring Programme is designed to give you deep insight into your hormone balance, metabolism, and function. So that you can be sure your hormones are optimised and your health is at its best.
What the Programme Includes
1. Comprehensive Hormone Testing
-
2 x Comprehensive Hormone Tests
Comprehensive blood or saliva tests including:
✓ Oestrogen (E1, E2, E3)
✓ Progesterone
✓ Testosterone (total and free)
✓ DHEA
✓ SHBG, FSH, LH
✓ Thyroid markers (TSH, fT3, fT4, RT3, TPO) -
2 x Steroidogenic Pathway Tests
-
This is a far more exploratory, in-depth analysis compared to standard hormone testing. It uses advanced urine or saliva testing to map the entire hormone production and metabolism cascade, helping identify the root of hormonal dysfunction and how your body processes and detoxifies hormones.
These tests are invaluable for:
✓ Investigating persistent symptoms despite “normal” standard results
✓ Understanding reasons for hormonal imbalances and being able to manipulate pathways to support optimal balance.
✓ Assessing hormone clearance and detoxification via liver pathways
✓ Understanding how hormones convert from one to another (e.g. progesterone → cortisol, androgens → oestrogens)
✓ Identifying hormone imbalances before they appear in serum
✓ Supporting conditions like PMS, PCOS, adrenal fatigue, low libido, and oestrogen dominance✓ Pregnenolone, 17-OH Pregnenolone
✓ Progesterone & 17-OH Progesterone
✓ Cortisol, Cortisone & Metabolites
✓ Androgens (DHEA, Androstenedione, Testosterone)
✓ Oestrogens & Oestrogen Metabolites (2-OH, 4-OH, 16-OH)Diagram: The Steroid Hormone Pathway

The steroidogenic pathway test explores the entire hormone production cycle, including excretion (methylation) of hormone metabolites and the circadian interplay of cortisol/cortisone.
- Understanding reasons for imbalances gives us data to manipulate pathways and restore optimal function.

Why Regular Hormone Testing Matters
-
Optimise Your HRT Dosing
Ensure you’re not under- or over-dosing. Identify how your body is metabolising hormones to reduce risks of side effects and long-term complications. -
Personalise Your Care
Everyone metabolises hormones differently. Testing allows us to tailor your supplements, nutrition, and lifestyle protocols to support balance. -
Track Long-Term Health
Hormone changes can impact bone density, cardiovascular health, cognition, skin, mood, and more. Stay ahead of age-related decline with a clear picture of your hormonal status. -
Monitor Detox & Metabolism
It’s not just what your hormone levels are, but how your body processes them. Poor detoxification pathways (especially for oestrogen) can increase the risk of hormone-related cancers.
